Yappy Kids expands its offer with a with a Scandinavian-style house bed. It can be used both as a bed and as a playground.

YappyHytte is a great solution at a time when your baby has grown out of a baby cot and needs a bigger bed to sleep in.

This bed is a combination of original design and functionality. The bed design gives a truly cosy feeling in the child’s room. House beds are a great choice for children, because thanks to their appealing and playful design, the child will have a desire to sleep there and the adaptation from a baby bed to a toddler bed will take place more quickly.

For the safety of your child, it is possible to attach the side of the guard (included) by locking it on one side or the other of the YappyHytte house bed.

YappyHytte house bed is thoughtfully designed (with 10cm of free space underneath) so that robots – vacuum cleaners can easily clean the floor under the bed.

The set includes mattress base parts and the protection barrier.

Bed floor is from plywood lames. They are durable and create a proper and ergonomic base for a mattress, so sleeping in a YappyHytte bed is a pleasure for a child.

Material: Solid pine wood.

The wood is treated with ecological, child-safe natural wood wax. It’s a multipurpose material, gives shine, repels moisture, and protects furniture from dirt. When wood parts meet other wood parts, it tends to make dry noises (crunching), and therefore wood wax is used, which prevents these sounds and does not create any noise during the use of the furniture.

This furniture is made from FSC certified wood. FSC certification ensures that products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits.

YappyMiniPocket mattress

YappyKids adds a high-quality and functional mattress to its range of mattresses – with a spring system specially designed and shortened for children.

Unlike other spring systems, the spring design of ‘mini pocket’ allows each individual spring to operate completely regardless of the ones next to it. It gives the mattress many advantages, such as it takes the shape of the body very well so that it supports the body very precisely. As well as reducing mattress movement. Due to the small space of the cavity in the spring cover, the bed is provided with natural ventilation, maintaining its performance properties for a long time.

For these functions to be provided, each spring is inserted into its own fabric pocket and then joined together.

Mattress filling:

HR foam block – a material of high flexibility and advanced endurance foam that stands out with its longevity.

Mini Pocket springs – Since ‘mini pocket’ springs are designed to be slightly compressed, they keep their comfort and height much longer than fibers. That means the mattress will serve longer.

Cocos fibre – especially resistant to natural material, which provides one side of the mattress more rigid than the other.

Mattress cover: innovative fabric thread weaving provides maximum air circulation. The fabric is steamed with unwoven fiber.
