KYBC (Know Your Business Customer): We verify vendor identity, registration details, and ongoing compliance using public registries and automated checks. Seller profiles display essential business info, including company name, location, and registration numbers (where required).

If content is moderated (hidden, edited, removed), we notify both the affected user and the person who reported it. Both may appeal decisions within six months, and our team reviews appeals promptly, with the option for external dispute resolution.

Transparency: Users receive clear explanations for any content moderation action, with direct access to our complaint and appeals process on the Help Center.

 

Recommendation Algorithms & User Control
